How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies based on the scope of the project. We offer flexible packages and custom quotes to fit your budget and needs.

What if I can't afford your services?

We create our packages to fit your budget. If the quote we provided is out of your budget, feel free to reach out. In many cases, we can give you alternative options that fit within your budget. We also offer a variety of low-cost and one-time services for our clients that prefer a DIY approach. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We typically invoice through our payment processing system Square which accepts a wide variety of payment methods such as credit, debit, cash app pay, ACH bank transfer, and Afterpay. If you wish to pay through bank transfer or through your payment system, please reach out to our team.

Policy and Terms

Do you require long-term contracts?

No, we pride ourselves on not requiring long-term contracts. Our clients work with us on a month-to-month basis, allowing flexibility and freedom without long-term commitments.

Can I cancel my services at any time?

Yes, you can cancel services at any time. However, cancellations go into effect the following month. If payment has already been made for the current month, your services will continue until the end of that pay period.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request a 30 day notice for cancellation. However our cancellation policy allows you to stop services any time. The cancellation taking effect in the following pay period. 

What is your refund policy?

While we strive for client satisfaction, we do not offer refunds. We work diligently to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.

How do you handle client data and privacy?

We take data privacy seriously. All Snapshot Social team members have signed strict confidentiality agreements. All client data is stored securely and is only used for the purposes of your marketing campaigns.

How do you handle intellectual property and ownership of content?

Once payment is completed, all content created specifically for your business becomes your property. We ensure that all assets are delivered in the agreed format. Snapshot Social Marketing may showcase creations on our website, social media pages, or in marketing materials to highlight our work. However, if you prefer that your content not be used for marketing purposes, please contact us, and we will promptly remove it from our promotional platforms. Your preferences are important to us, and we respect your right to control how your content is displayed.
